仕事内容

As an AI Lead Engineer in the R&D department, your responsibilities will include:

Research and development of in-house large-scale language models
Applied research and software development related to machine learning
Design and development of AI projects from PoC (Proof of Concept) to practical implementation after feasibility confirmation
Team management, including progress tracking, leading development efforts, and providing technical guidance to team members
Coordination of specifications with the product development team and business units
Communication with clients, including specification adjustments, problem-solving, and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management
Throughout the phases from proposal to operation, you will address customer requests and questions from a technical perspective, engaging in discussions to guide the project in a valuable direction.

自社大規模言語モデルの研究開発
機械学習に関連する応用研究開発およびソフトウェア開発
PoC および PoC によってフィージビリティーの確認が取れたAIプロジェクトを実運用に落とし込む設計・開発
開発メンバーの進捗管理、開発のリード、技術面の指導等のチームマネジメント
プロダクト開発チーム及びビジネス部門との仕様調整
仕様調整、課題提案、QCD調整などのクライアントとのコミュニケーション など
※提案から運用までのフェーズにおいて、顧客のご要望やご質問に対して技術的な観点でお答えし、顧客と共にディスカッションをしながらプロジェクトを価値ある方向に推進いただきます。
