Main Responsibilities
Student Communication and Support
Empower students through 1-on-1 support during enrollment, study planning, and MBA application preparation.
Proactively reach out to guide students through challenges, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.
Gain deep insight into each student’s goals and circumstances to provide personalized, timely advice that inspires action.
Community Building and Events
Design and deliver impactful seminars and events that demonstrate the lifelong value of the MBA and GLOBIS’s commitment to nurturing leaders.
Build meaningful relationships with faculty and alumni to cultivate a vibrant, supportive learning community.
Create systems that elevate the student experience at every touchpoint, enabling them to focus fully on their growth.
Sales Management
Leverage CRM to understand student trends, forecast retention and application rates, and take data-driven actions to achieve goals.
Continuously evaluate and refine initiatives, focusing on strategies that truly drive progress.
Plan and execute strategies to grow the English MBA programs by nurturing student engagement, retention, and successful conversion to the MBA.

◆グロービス・デジタル・プラットフォーム部門について
